Exists a difference between vegetarian and raw food diet plans? A raw foodist is a vegetarian, but one who typically is not going to cook his fruits or vegetables. A vegetarian is somebody who just doesn't consume poultry, fish or meat, however just takes in veggies, pasta, and rice.
